Our first Dinner under the stars event is getting closer!

Saturday June the 30th the “Osteria di Passignano” 1 Michelin Star restaurant from the heart of Chianti Classico area is going to propose an exclusive night in our estate.

A special dinner by Chef Nicola Damiani thought as a perfect pairing to our wines Vivia, Botrosecco and Poggio alle Nane.

The menu:
- Red shrimp and codfish tartare
- Maccheroncelli pasta sautéed in Cacciucco fish soup
- Pigeon breast and cruchy thigh, cherry liver and herbs
- Caramelised coconut soft pie, apricot sauce and mint ganache

The event will start at 7:30 p.m. for those who want to have a guided tour of the underground wine cellar and it will continue at 8:00 p.m. with the aperitivo under the fig trees and then with the dinner.
